|Are you an experienced cabin crew member looking for a new challenge and career opportunity? Or are you a customer service professional (perhaps in retail, hospitality or healthcare) who is passionate about going the extra mile to deliver an outstanding customer experience?
On behalf of Norwegian Air International, Aeropro is currently seeking a number of trainee or experienced cabin crew to undertake possibly either 6 month summer contracts or full time employment based at London Gatwick Airport.
Norwegian is one of Europe's fastest growing and most successful airlines, with a fantastic reputation for
safety, on-time performance and excellent passenger service. Their crew are all great ambassadors for their brand, having positive and passionate personalities which enhance each and every passenger's journey with them.
Candidates will be required to have a clean criminal record, pass a medical test (performed by a CAA approved medical examiner) and undergo a 5-year reference-checking process before starting their training course. Candidates must also be able to commute easily to their designated base within 90 minutes (at their own cost) and be prepared to make this journey every day, at any time of the day.
Courses will be starting in early 2016 for the position of Cabin Crew
Duty Pattern: Stable roster, published by the middle of every month for the following month's activity. A minimum of 12 days off per month
Description: Operating as mainline cabin crew ensuring a high level of safety and customer service for all passengers on Norwegian's modern Boeing fleet.
Salary: The package consists of both a basic monthly salary plus duty pay. As a guide candidates can expect to earn at total salary of circa 24K per annum.
Holidays: Crew will benefit from 30 days paid holidays a year (pro-rata) inclusive of Bank Holidays.
Routes: Operating a new exciting route network of popular destinations throughout Europe.
Referencing: All candidates must undergo a full 5-year reference and criminal records check for the purposes of obtaining an airside security pass.

It is vital that our crew are passionate about what they do and real team players with a ‘will do, can do’ attitude. As such, you will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, immaculate presentation and grooming as well as an ability to deliver to top level expectation. Successful candidates will at least have experience in Business or First Class, although preferably have a background in VIP aviation for a corporate/ private operator. This position is a for a 6 Month Contract with the possibility of contract extension or even permanent engagement upon completion.|
