Operations LEVEL (Operated by OpenSkies) Contract Paris Immediate
The main responsibilities include but are not limited too;
To provide a support to the Crew Management (both Flight Crew & Cabin Crew)
To monitor crew licenses, qualifications, medical and recency in accordance with regulations
To fill and monitor individual crew files including e-files and IT systems
To manage electronic documentation (forms, updates, etc.)
To support the overall Crew Management in accordance with regulations. To provide monthly Cabin Crew KPI reports to the Cabin Crew Management
To provide monthly Flight Crew KPI reports to the Flight Crew Management
To provide support to the Training Department for both Flight & Cabin Crew
To provide logistic support for the organization of in-house or external crew training sessions
To organize the implementation of EASA mandatory training programs and other training as defined by the Training Management Team
To organize the follow-up of crew training audits (Corrective Action Reports – CARs, etc.)
To organize and monitor training statistics as per request of the Training Management Team
To provide support to the Operations Control and Crew Rostering Manager and notably to
Build the monthly Flight and Cabin Crew rosters, based on Internal Procedures, OMA Regulations and Union Rules and Agreements
Build monthly Crew Payroll reports
Order and Update Crew Shuttles and Hotels
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and Tracking of HOTAC
Follow up the Flight & Cabin Crew Leave and Request Systems.
Liaise with BA FCC when necessary
Make and manage slot requests when necessary
Implement and update the flight schedule when necessary
Analyse and archive flight envelopes
Fill-up outstation technical forms
To provide monthly reports for HR, Flight Operations and Training Department as requested
To be in charge of ad hoc projects as per request of the Director of Flight Operations
To accomplish any other task as per request of the Director of Flight Operations
To back-up the Operations Control and Crew Rostering Manager when necessary
