We are delighted to be supporting our latest tech company in their search for Sales Managers to help grow the business.
Our client, an innovative airline set inventory company operates in over 35 countries with over 400 suppliers.
The role of Sales Manager offers excellent benefits including a permanent contract offering fantastic remuneration, stock options, commission and more.
Our client is passionate about remote working and already has team members based in several countries and it works! You must be comfortable to remotely work in order to succeed in this role.
The role will focus on business development through growth of new suppliers as well as building the inventory retail side of the business.

After successful telephone screening with Aeroprofessional there is a 4-stage interview with our client:
1. 30-minute telephone interview - identifying candidate fit, motives, career objectives
2. Second remote interview, covering past experience, CV probing, identifying skills that can be utilised at our client
3. Third remote interview, Brief of our clients Platform, telephone role-play to hear "the pitch" -
(USP of our client, features and benefits to Customers and Consumers)
4.Informal F2F meeting (at our clients expense) with a general chit-chat between colleagues to gauge suitable interaction and team/fit
