Job Description

Our client is one of Europe’s most trusted suppliers of dedicated cargo aircraft solutions to the Integrated Express and Mail industries. They are a dedicated cargo airline who specialize in safe, reliable and efficient delivery of mail and express freight. Their fleet is one of the most versatile in the market; BAE-ATP-F, Bombardier CRJ200PF, Boeing 737 and B767 Aircraft with special expertise in cargo aircraft leasing, financing and operational support.

A position has now become open, for a Lead Technical Records and Planning Engineer. This role will be to provide M/CAMO Airworthiness support function within the planning and technical records department. The Lead Technical and Planning Engineer will support the CAMO Manager to maintain control of planning and technical records department.

This role allows for flexible hybrid working, with the requirement to attend East Midlands Airport location once a week.
Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600.

The ideal candidate will be able to support a Part 145, with some production planning as an extension from CAMO.
A minimum of 2 years' planning experience, with technical records experience being an advantage.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Planning experience. Technical Records experience is an advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Part M/CAMO and Part 145, and UK National Requirements.
  • Effective Information Technology skills.
  • Possess confident and effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a Continuing Airworthiness Management organization as Planner engineer and Technical Records Controller (Desirable)
  • Experience on B737 (or similar Boeing products) and/or ATR 42/72 (Desirable)
  • Experience with ‘Rusada Envision’ or Trax maintenance software (Desirable)
