Kirsty joined AeroProfessional in October 2018 after spending a year working on a challenging and successful recruitment campaign for Engineers. She previously gained fantastic customer service skills in the retail industry which has enabled her to easily and effectively communicate with all customers and professionals.
Kirsty has an infectious enthusiasm for finding candidates the right role for them and doesn’t give up until she has been successful.
Favourite Movie: Grease, because who doesn’t love Grease?!
AeroProfessional highlight: Being in the winning team in a challenge at work, where she over tripled the weekly target.
Kitty recently joined the AeroProfessional team in April 2018 joining with a higher credible 2-years’ experience in recruitment consultant and resourcer experience, from companies such as Excel Resourcing & Anderson Young.
Kitty has transferred her vast recruitment knowledge from her previous positions to excel in the aviation recruitment industry. Kitty graduated from the University of London with an Associate degree in Adventure Tourism in early 2018.
Kitty is a keen baker and travel blogger, regularly spoiling the office to sweet goodies that always go down a treat!

Anup Gurung joined AeroProfessional as a resourcer in 2017 and is now one of the top resourcers in the Company, dealing with a number of pilots worldwide.
Anup graduated from Plymouth University with a first-class degree in Hospitality Management, completing with a dissertation discussing the differences in short-haul and long-haul flights.
During Anup’s free time, he loves to upload YouTube videos of singing with dreams of becoming a YouTube star one day.

Helena joined AeroProfessional in the Summer of 2017 as a Resourcer.
Helena has been increasing her experience as an Aviation Resourcer over the last 2 and half years and has since built up her knowledge and expertise in aviation recruitment market. More specifically, Helena is the AeroProfessional specialist for all B737 candidates, having placed many candidates into B737 roles since joining and building great relationships within this pilot community.
Helena enjoys building relationships with her candidates from interview to placement and even speaks good conversational Italian!
Helena lived in Italy where she acquired her language skills along with knowledge on Italian cooking!
She enjoys spending her spare time with her young boy and has a passion for travelling and exploring different cultures.

George is the company’s longest serving Resourcer and has a highly successful reputation running both large volume and niche recruitment campaigns. He had a keen interest in aviation before joining AeroProfessional, with his father being a pilot, and felt that AeroProfessional presented an existing opportunity to pursue his interests.
George is also proud to be the Airbus specialist at AeroProfessional , being the primary point of contact for all candidates looking for Airbus opportunities. His vast experience in Airbus recruitment has seen him place hundreds of Airbus Pilots across the globe.
Prior to joining AeroProfessional, George had worked in a similar role which enabled him to develop his skills in communication, campaign management and recruitment processes.
In his spare time, George’s hobbies mostly consist of football and attempting to play golf.

Laura has been with AeroProfessional since September 2016 after coming from a lengthy career as Cabin Crew for British Airways. Laura has been a major contributor in all vacancy types as well as being the ‘go to’ person within the team when it comes to specialist, large scale, cabin crew recruitment campaigns – using her knowledge and skills from her previous role.
One of Laura’s biggest passions is going to the gym in her spare time, when she’s not spending quality time with her three beautiful children.

Abz graduated from Coventry University having studied Aerospace Engineering in May 2018. Personal development is what what Abz indulges in and he aspires to have mental fortitude and wisdom to the highest level, if such a thing is possible.
Abz successfully ran a small business in both his 1st and 2nd year of university and undertook an exclusive project for his final year. A passion in the renewable energy sector led Abz to design and build ‘Greviss’, a solar aircraft now kept in Coventry, as a showcase project for future students. Abz will be one of the greatest men to walk this Earth.

Charlotte joined AeroProfessional in July 2018 as a Resourcer. Bringing with her a vast knowledge in the sector of logistics and relocation of aviation crew, Charlotte took the leap within a new career to further her skills within the aviation industry.
Charlotte’s previous career was as a Global Mobility Manager ensuring that large corporate companies and their employees and families had a smooth relocation around the world.
Charlotte is a keen baker, running her own cake business outside of her full time job and plans to see a new part of the world each year.

Charlotte started at AeroProfessional as a Consultant in November 2018. With six and a half years of aviation experience, Charlotte started her aviation career at Jet2.com and became a senior cabin crew member. Charlotte then moved onto a long-haul career with Virgin Atlantic.
Using her previous experience and knowledge of the industry, Charlotte is keen to assist clients in their recruitment needs.

Natasha joined AeroProfessional in 2016 and quickly established herself as a trusted consultant within the first few months of joining the team. With 6 years of aviation experience under her belt, Natasha started her aviation career as cabin crew for Jet2.com and then progressed to flagship carrier, British Airways. She prides herself on her professionalism and fantastic relationship building with her clients.
Natasha in true Yorkshire fashion is very proud of her Northern roots. She naturally enjoys travelling given her career background and has explored 5 continents.
Her family is the most important thing to her along with their beloved cat Maisy.

Dishan joined AeroProfessional in 2017 as a resourcer and within a year worked his way up to be an Aviation Recruitment Consultant.
Dishan graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BEng Hons in Aerospace Engineering. His degree contained a group project which encompassed the comprehensive design of a cargo plane and a dissertation which was based on practical experiments of firing rockets and analysing their performance.
Outside of work Dishan enjoys socialising with his friends through sporting activities such as football and golf. He is also apart of an organisation (SLYO) which raises funds and awareness for people in need.

Calvin Da Silva
Calvin Da Silva started at AeroProfessional in September 2018, joining the marketing team. His role involves executing tactical and strategic marketing activities, covering various aspects such as digital, brand, and event domains.
Calvin has gained his interest for this field since studying a BA Honours in Business Management with Marketing, at The University of the West of England, Bristol.
Raised in a family with a strong aviation background, Calvin has naturally fallen into a passion for the industry. He was fortunate enough to witness the historic final landing of BA’s Concorde, flying from New York to London.
Aside from marketing, he hopes to “land” himself the title of Office Comedian. With some of the puns he’s produced already, he’s definitely off to a “flying start”.

AeroProfessional highlight: Creating digital video content for the likes of Brussels Airlines.
Having previously worked in Scheduling and Operations at Bloomberg TV, Content Management at LOVEFiLM and Content Analysis at Amazon Instant Video, Rob decided to turn his hand to web development and joined AeroProfessional in January 2018.
Rob can be found up to his neck in code at home too – he runs a football predictions game on the web in his spare time, as well as being the founder and CEO of several unused domain names.
Rob became a dad in 2018, ensuring that his hobbies no longer include sleep.

Payroll, HR, Employee Relations Supervisor
Vicky Venning joined AeroProfessional in October 2018 as the Employee Relations Supervisor, working with and supporting our LGW based SH cabin crew for our prestigious client, Norwegian.
Vicky has over 10 years’ worth of experience in HR and Payroll, a family background of careers within aviation and loves a good excel spreadsheet!

Recruitment Delivery Manager
Dean O’ Sullivan is the Recruitment Delivery Manger and joined the AeroProfessional team in September 2015 progressing to the role of Team Leader in June 2016.
With over 7-years in aviation, Dean’s extensive knowledge of the evolving industry and AeroProfessional’s clients/candidates, he is key to keeping AeroProfessional’s recruitment process agile and competitive.
Dean qualified from his pilot studies in July 2014 where his career in aviation began. Dean still loves to get up in the air every now and again…weather permitting.

AeroProfessional highlight: Promotion to the role of Recruitment Delivery Manager
Communications and Marketing Manager
Jade joined AeroProfessional in 2016 having gained marketing experience in the luxury digital goods sector, with a targeted focus on the APAC region. In 2017, Jade was promoted to the role of Communications and Marketing Manager, responsible for strategic development and operational delivery to achieve ROMI in activities ranging from; branding and events, to digital and social. Her varied experience enables her to identify opportunities gathered through market intelligence, to create campaigns targeted at customer value creation.
Jade graduated in 2015 from the University of Winchester with a BA Hons in Drama and Theatre Studies, moving on to complete her Postgraduate DipM with CIM in 2018. Jade is also part of Women in Aviation International (WAI) UK team, taking responsibility of database and communications.
Jade loves cooking and travelling and is always ready for team drinks in the Swan on a Friday!

Carly Taylor is the General Manager at AeroProfessional and has been with the business since 2017. Responsible for ensuring each operational department delivers to our exceptional clients.
Carly started her Aviation career over 13 years ago when a cabin crew position ignited her passion for the aviation industry. She then took to the aviation background checking environment and quickly progressed to Operations Manager and Head of Operations, managing a team of 5 senior Managers and an operation of over 100 employees.
In her spare time she loves taking her son to the park and going on holiday.

HR Operations Manager
Tracy started her career in Aviation as Cabin Crew in 1985 and worked her way through the ranks before joining the Safety Training team in 1990. After 15 years as a safety trainer, Tracy then joined the Performance Management Team and spent the next 9 years managing crew performance and carrying out all aspects of HR function. Tracy then joined AeroProfessional in 2014 and currently manages and support our LGW based SH cabin crew for AeroProfessional’s prestigious client, Norwegian.
Outside of work Tracy loves hosting dinner parties and cooking – the more the merrier!
