Since joining the membership, we have enjoyed being part of the ERA’s annual General Assembly, networking with fellow members on critical topics such as the Pilot Skills Shortage. We have previously presented our findings to the operations group to add value to Regional airline members. Our team of dedicated specialists look forward to networking with ERA members, discussing effective people strategies and bespoke solutions to support a variety of business needs.
