What are the staff qualities you need to look for when recruiting CVA staff?

Pilots

In addition to the relevant type rating, qualities such as these are all highly valuable when it comes to CVA pilots:

  • Ability to work flexibly in terms of working hours and locations
  • Over 1,000 flight hours across a range of aircraft types
  • Advanced communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of full range of pre-flight checks and baggage loading processes

Cabin crew

Cabin crew will also face a different set of requirements, and so require an alternative set of skills:

  • Ability to work autonomously, or as part of a small team
  • Knowledge of different cultures and languages
  • Previous experience with VIP or first-class passenger
  • Accommodating approach to passenger requests and requirements
