Minimum requirements
To join Etihad's cabin crew team, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum age: 21 years old

Minimum height: 163 cm (no reach test required)

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)

High standard of personal grooming (no visible tattoos or piercings; one earring per lobe permitted for females)

Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions
-
Willingness to serve alcohol (including during Ramadan) and comply with UAE & GCAA requirements

Ability to swim with a flotation device
