Over 30 years collective experience in the aviation recruitment industry
In the beginning...

With a strong passion and foundation in aviation recruitment, qualified pilots Nick Trollope and Julian Parker founded AeroProfessional after realising the need for better solutions to tackle the many unique complexities faced by aircraft operators when recruiting.
In 2012 the business was joined by Managing Director, Sam Sprules, as it entered its next phase of exciting growth. Fast-forward 10 years, and AeroProfessional has firmly established itself as an industry leader, supporting its many clients with their HR strategies and staffing solutions.
Since 2006 AeroProfessional has kept its focus central to aviation recruitment, a strategy that has seen us deliver exceptional results for a wide range of clients and candidates across the globe.
Looking forward...
Almost two decades since AeroProfessional started, it’s fantastic to look back on where it all began and we’re incredibly proud of our heritage and successes, but we firmly believe the best is yet to come. We've set our sights on becoming a top-tier global brand and recognised expert for delivering outstanding people strategies and resourcing solutions in aviation. This is strongly linked to our Company Mission Statement and Values, with, of course, exceptional client and candidate service at the very core of all that we do, every day.
