In the Beginning...
AeroProfessional was established in 2006 by Nick Trollope and Julian Parker, both qualified pilots, with a clear objective: to build a specialist aviation recruitment business grounded in first-hand industry understanding.
From the outset, the business focused exclusively on aviation. It is a complex, highly regulated sector that requires technical knowledge, credibility, and attention to detail. The founders’ operational experience ensured those principles were embedded from day one.
As the company expanded internationally, leadership evolved to support continued growth. The appointment of Sam Sprules as Managing Director strengthened strategic direction and operational oversight, enabling the business to scale while maintaining the standards established at its inception.
Two decades on, that aviation-led foundation remains central to how we operate.
