About ERA
The European Regions Airline Association has been representing the European aviation industry since 1980. ERA works on behalf of its members, including regional airlines and aviation stakeholders, to represent their interests before Europe’s major regulatory bodies. The association also brings members together to exchange information and learn from each other through industry events and forums.
A major role for ERA is to raise the profile and importance of its members within the regional aviation industry, highlighting the contribution of airlines, airports and associated organisations to the economic and social development of Europe.

As specialists in aviation people solutions, we believe that the credibility of ERA and its existing members supports our aspiration to become industry leaders within the regional aviation industry. Since joining the membership, we have enjoyed being part of ERA’s annual General Assembly, networking with fellow members on critical topics such as the pilot skills shortage affecting regional airlines.
We have previously presented our findings to the operations group to add value to regional airline members, and our team of dedicated specialists look forward to continuing conversations with ERA members, discussing effective people strategies and bespoke solutions to support a wide range of business needs.
