AeroProfessional is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Air Japan, part of the ANA Group, positioning AeroProfessional as a preferred supplier for flight crew personnel. This AeroProfessional ANA Air Japan partnership marks a significant milestone for both organisations, strengthening their capabilities and shared commitment to excellence in aviation.
An Introduction to Air Japan
Air Japan Co. Ltd. is a 100% owned company of ANA Holdings Co. Ltd. which is responsible for international flights in the ANA Group air transportation business.
In February 2024, the new brand, AirJapan, was launched. While the "AirJapan" brand operates according to the same safety and operational standards as the "ANA" brand, it reconsiders the value that customers really need and provides Japanese ideas and quality based on simple delivery, introducing a new air travel that is neither FSC (Full Service Carrier) nor LCC. Based on the concept of "Fly Thoughtful", AirJapan is a new international flight brand that offers just the right amount of comfort. Update Jan 2026: While the Air Japan brand was initially launched as a distinct offering, it has since been integrated into the ANA Group, with operations now continuing under ANA. Operations continue, and recruitment remains open.
