Starting salary: up to £25,000, rising to £27,500 after probation
OTE: £32,500+, depending on performance

About the role

​

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key part in our recruitment process, supporting candidates throughout their journey and helping aviation professionals secure exciting new roles around the world. You will work closely with your consultant and wider team to deliver a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients.

This position offers clear progression into becoming a specialist recruitment consultant, sector expert or team leader as you grow your aviation knowledge. You’ll need to be proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple jobs, deadlines and requirements in a busy, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

​

• Sourcing and selecting candidates through our internal systems, job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms

• Building your network and developing strong relationships to gain industry insight and support new hiring needs

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and communicating clearly throughout the recruitment process

• Coordinating global assessment centres and supporting candidates and clients across multiple locations

• Supporting client relationships alongside your consultant and contributing to team success

• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience through ongoing engagement, events and social activity

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:30
