Recruitment Administrator

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work at the heart of the aviation candidate community, supporting the recruitment and sales teams in delivering recruitment campaigns for aviation professionals across the globe. You will play an important support role within the wider recruitment process, helping to manage candidates, maintain accurate records and ensure recruitment activity runs smoothly.
You will support roles across a broad range of niche aviation requirements, including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, C-level executives and other aviation professionals. The role offers clear career progression, with development opportunities into positions such as Recruitment Resourcer, industry sector specialist or Team Leader.
To succeed, you will need to be dynamic, organised and proactive, with the ability to work to challenging targets, tight timeframes and occasionally complex requirements while supporting both candidates and clients effectively.




What you’ll need:

Fluent written and spoken English

Excellent IT skills – must be a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
