Royal Air Maroc faced the operational challenge of delivering a large scale B737 First Officer recruitment campaign, requiring structured identification, screening and detailed flight deck assessments. The objective was to secure qualified First Officers with the technical proficiency, Type Rating experience and operational capability to support fleet expansion while maintaining the standards expected of a national flag carrier.

AeroProfessional implemented a multi-faceted recruitment campaign to address Royal Air Maroc's B737 First Officer requirements, combining targeted marketing, structured assessment and comprehensive crew contracting support.
The campaign drew on AeroProfessional's established global pilot network to generate a strong pipeline of Type-Rated B737 First Officer candidates. Hundreds of applications were received and screened to ensure only suitably qualified pilots progressed through the process.
More than 200 candidates completed a structured interview and flight deck assessment programme, evaluating technical proficiency, decision making capability and alignment with Royal Air Maroc's operational standards.
Following selection, AeroProfessional delivered a comprehensive crew contracting solution covering contract pilot engagement, payroll administration and ongoing contractor support. This enabled Royal Air Maroc to deploy newly recruited First Officers seamlessly while maintaining full operational focus during their fleet expansion.

After just over 12 months, the B737 First Officer recruitment campaign delivered measurable results for Royal Air Maroc. The targeted campaign generated hundreds of applications from qualified Type-Rated First Officers, strengthening the pilot talent pipeline significantly.
More than 200 candidates completed structured interviews and technical flight deck assessments, ensuring full alignment with Royal Air Maroc's operational standards before any offer was made.
Over 80 B737 First Officers were successfully engaged under long term contracts and integrated into Royal Air Maroc's flight operations, directly supporting fleet expansion and schedule reliability. The partnership enabled Royal Air Maroc to scale its flight crew capacity efficiently through specialist aviation recruitment and crew contracting support.
