Royal Air Maroc faced the operational challenge of delivering a large scale B737 First Officer recruitment campaign, requiring structured identification, screening and detailed flight deck assessments. The objective was to secure qualified First Officers with the technical proficiency, Type Rating experience and operational capability to support fleet expansion while maintaining the standards expected of a national flag carrier.

Recruitment Campaign Management:
Launching a targeted flight deck recruitment campaign to attract qualified B737 First Officers. This included leveraging its established global pilot network and aviation recruitment expertise to generate a strong pipeline of Type Rated candidates.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
Screening hundreds of applications to ensure only suitably qualified First Officers progressed. More than 200 candidates completed a structured interview and flight deck assessment programme designed to evaluate technical proficiency, decision making capability and alignment with Royal Air Maroc’s operational standards.
Contracting and Crew Support:
Delivering a comprehensive crew contracting solution, including contract pilot engagement, payroll administration and ongoing contractor support. This enabled a seamless deployment of newly recruited B737 First Officers while allowing Royal Air Maroc to maintain operational focus during fleet expansion.

Over 80 B737 First Officers were engaged under long term contracts and successfully integrated into Royal Air Maroc’s flight operations, directly supporting fleet expansion and schedule reliability.
The partnership enabled Royal Air Maroc to scale its B737 flight crew capacity efficiently through specialist aviation recruitment and crew contracting support.
