About Aviation Action
Aviation Action was launched by Chris Wild (Head of Airfield Operations at Manchester Airport) and a team of amazing industry colleagues in May 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. At a time when the industry needed significant support, we felt support was missing for our aviation colleagues. Aviation Action was set up to support the people involved in aviation; from flight deck to firefighters and caterers to cabin crew.

AeroProfessional are proud to support the new charity, Aviation Action. As specialists in aviation recruitment we are passionate about the variety of talented professionals working within our industry, but we are also committed to improving the diversity and fuelling the talent pipeline with exceptional minds from the next generation.
As a team made up of aviation enthusiasts, from pilots and cabin crew to engineers and aviation graduates, we have shared values with aviation action to support the 10.3 Million people that work in the industry globally. Although the recent Coronavirus pandemic has been an exceptionally difficult time for our industry in particular, we are glad that this positive movement has stemmed from it – at a time when our people need it most.
