To support its growing reputation and staffing requirements, Hi Fly approached AeroProfessional in 2008 to recruit flight deck, cabin crew, ground staff and engineers for their A319, A330, A340 and A380 fleet. AeroProfessional has since continued to support Hi Fly with their recruitment needs, forming a long-standing partnership which continues to this day. Over the years, we have sourced and screened a wide range of flight crew and operational personnel to meet Hi Fly’s evolving requirements.

Volotea, one of the fastest-growing independent airlines in Europe, was seeking A320 Captains for seasonal contracts. Like many European carriers, they were competing for scarce pilot talent in a highly competitive hiring market. To secure the flight crew they needed, Volotea partnered with AeroProfessional to help them achieve their recruitment goals. We delivered a complete pilot recruitment campaign that successfully met the airline’s required headcount ahead of the upcoming season.

ASL was under great pressure to ramp up its operations to keep pace with accelerating demand. With rapidly growing cargo volumes during Covid-19 and the Brexit transition period, ASL sought the specialist support of AeroProfessional to increase its B747 pilot headcount and maintain flight schedules at their Belgian base.
