Overview

Air Japan Co. Ltd. is a 100% owned company of ANA Holdings Co. Ltd. which is responsible for international flights in the ANA Group air transportation business.

In February 2024, the new brand, AirJapan, was launched. While the "AirJapan" brand operates according to the same safety and operational standards as the "ANA" brand, it reconsiders the value that customers really need and provides Japanese ideas and quality based on simple delivery, introducing a new air travel that is neither FSC (Full Service Carrier) nor LCC.

Message from CEO

Hideki Mineguchi

"We were founded in 1990 as an international charter flight operator of the ANA Group, and in 2000 we changed our name to Air Japan and restarted as an airline that operates scheduled international passenger flights. Since then, the airline has continued to expand as an airline operating some of the ANA brand Asian routes based at Narita Airport, but in February 2024, based on the ANA Group's experience in operating the ANA brand and the knowledge of the ANA Group, we launched the ANA Group's third brand, AirJapan, and began operations. While the "AirJapan" brand operates according to the same safety and operational standards as the "ANA" brand, we are proposing a new type of air travel that is neither FSC (Full Service Carrier) nor LCC, providing Japan unique ideas and quality based on reconsidering the value that customers really need and delivering it simply.

Starting with the route from Narita Airport to Asia, we will gradually expand the AirJapan brand routes, and will continue to operate the ANA brand. Since our founding, both brands have continued to operate on a daily basis with the goal of providing customers with a high level of safety, flight performance, and service quality.
We sincerely ask for your support and guidance.”
